We loved the fact that we chose khalidia hotel. Property was situated near to tourist destinations like Deira. A well-equipped kitchen was ok for us. Trade Centre 2 is a district that deserves exploring.

The staff were friendly and quick respond to queries. It is central to major visiting areas. For example Nasser Square and Gold Souk, Deira City Centre etc.
I kept on going forward and backward to the reception staff because mostly all the facilities in my apartment were not working properly. For example heating etc

Good value for my money. Large rooms, the hotel staff was very friendly.
I would change the opening hours of the swimming pool. As it was open from 9 till 7, in my opinion was better open till 10.

Spacious accommodation. Comfy beds.
Apartments need some updating - very tired looking. Air conditioning was freezing and controls didn't work properly to adjust it. Only a few chipped mugs in the cupboards, not even enough for the 4 people staying! Room smelt stale.

Thank god I'm out of that place nothing in that place worth staying for. Unprofessional staff, unclean rooms with mosquitoes flying and stinging.furniture is old and black stains are covering it . Towels are smelly and shampoo dispensers are broken. Room service will march on u even you have your don't disturbe sign on the door plus they will charge u extra 20 ED for anything more than 2 plates to wash.

The hotel is not the standard required, and also expensive, the hotel is not clean, sheets, blankets, bed ancient and consumers, and parking is not available, the place of hotel nuisance, is not suitable for the accommodation of families, because the housing for young people, and this is the first and last time I live in this hotel, the last thing I would not advise housing this hotel.
